INDOOR SWIMMING POOL
Here at Ashtree Court we have a heated indoor swimming pool with bistro style seating areas for use all year round. The pool is one depth (1.3m) from end to end allowing for team games and safer swimming. Its 10m length and 4.5m width gives plenty of room for exercise swimming, learning to swim, games and water fun. It has an oxygenated chlorine-free system that provides a healthy alternative to chlorine-regulated pools. It is heated to 30 degrees and the ambient room temperature is kept at a very comfortable 33 degrees.
The pool is open all year 7 am to 7 pm. Children under 16 must be accompanied at all times.

ASHTREE COURT ESTATE
Ashtree Court is set in four and a half acres of landscaped gardens ideal for a quiet stroll, sitting and enjoying the wildlife and plants, playing games or outdoor entertaining in the BBQ areas.
Within the grounds is a children’s play area. It is equipped with swings, a climbing frame, a wooden play tower, a slide and a netted trampoline. There is a large grassed ball games area and football nets.
Our four legged friends are as much a part of the family as anyone, so here at Ashtree Court we are dog-friendly and happy to welcome your well-behaved pet. There is a additional charge of ÂŁ25 for each dog. This charge applies for both one week stays and short breaks.
Guests booking a stay in any of the four cottages can bring up to 2dogs, and those guests booking Lambourne House may bring up to 3 dogs.
For the comfort and benefit of everyone, we have a few rules below that we need you to abide by so that everyone has a happy holiday 🙂
Ashtree Court Doggy Rules:
- Up to 2 dogs can be stay with guests in any cottage, and up to 4 dogs if renting Lambourne House.
- The above is based on medium sized dogs. We cannot cater for extra large dogs.
- Dogs must NEVER be left in cottages alone.
- If your dog fouls in the grounds, you must clear it up. Poo bags can be found in the communal laundry if you don’t have any or forget to bring them with you!
- Note there are no secure areas for dogs so they must be kept under control and accompanied at all times.
There is a shared laundry room with free use of the washing machine and the tumble dryer.
You’ll also find dog towels and poo bags in the laundry room.
We keep an up-to-date tourist information board for your convenience and we are always happy to hear recommendations from our guests about places they have visited. Always feel free to bring us any brochures or leaflets that you find!
We have a number of family board games and DVD’s for your use.
